30 November - A Festival of Resistance 30 November is set to be a massive day of resistance and a turning point in the fight against austerity. Ballot results have been coming in with massive "yes" votes - Unison 82% for strike action, GMB 83.7%, Head Teachers Union NAHT 75.8%, Unite 75%, UCATT 83%. Demonstration's are being organised up and down the country. It's our job to make sure that thousands of unemployed, students, non-unionised workers and everyone facing cuts hit the streets in a show of strength against the government's plans. Order leaflets to build local demo's Coalition of Resistance has produced a leaflet to help build for the demonstrations (click here). We can adapt the leaflet for events in your local area - if you wan't to use this in your area emailcoalitionofresistance@mail.com with the local demonstration details, we will change the leaflet and send it back to you. Order NO CUTS placards and broadsheets We are also producing thousands of NO CUTS placards (see picture above) and broadsheets putting the argument for a united national campaign against all cuts for use on the demonstrations.
