FEMA Issues Warning About November 9 Emergency Test - Disaster Predictions

video,plus:FEMA will be doing a nationwide test of Emergency Procedures Wed November 9 at 2pm. For some reason their standard message about “This is a test…” will not be written across the bottom of the screen. Instead it will say that this is an emergency alert. So FEMA is letting us know that this is only a test. Oddly enough YU 55 will be passing over head dropping fireballs on us and another massive emergency “test” will be going on in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Just what the hell is going on ?
