I already had heard about this, that Japan had had and Israeli computer technicians working on their system a several days before quake hit. It's a virus specifically designed to disrupt computers being used in nuclear technology. Then the tsunami hits and they realize the virus makes it all but impossible for them to operate their 63 computers to manage the disaster. The link below is written by someone CONVINCED HAARP was responsible, and maybe there is some proof of plasma in the air before the quake that could only be created by high voltage or something like HAARP. I believe we're fighting a BIG enemy here and the more we are at least EXPOSED to possible truths, the more we might be able to stick together against influences that are NOT friendly in our world, to say the least.
